30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with Ebookerr. If you’re not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@ebookerr.com with the email address you used to purchase and the reason for your request (optional — but it helps us improve). We aim to process refund requests within 2–3 business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us — we’re happy to help find a solution, though a refund is not guaranteed outside the guarantee period.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you’re within the 30-day guarantee — email us if you’d like a refund alongside your cancellation.
The Free Tier
The free tier (3 ebooks, no account required) is not a paid product and is therefore not covered by this refund policy — there’s nothing to refund.
